Delivery
At 7dayshandmade.com, we only sell digital downloadable items, giving customers quick and easy access to their purchases. Within 10 minutes of payment, you should receive an email with a link to download the digital material to your inbox. If you don’t receive the email within that time, check your spam folder. You can also download your digital materials from the ”Downloads” section of the website in My Account. Digital content is considered delivered when the customer has accessed their product (i.e. clicked the “Download” button).
Please note that this link can be used 10 times, so please download all your digital files and save them somewhere safe on your device.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
Digital items purchased as downloadable materials are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. Once you have clicked the download button, SEVEN DAYS HANDMADE does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to the electronic nature of our products. Any returns are at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances should you initiate a refund through your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and non-refundable.
Returns of digital items are allowed up to 14 days after purchase if the file has not been downloaded. If you accidentally purchased the wrong digital item and have not yet downloaded it, please let us know and we will do our best to correct the situation and help you get the correct item.
In case of broken links or errors in the file, the customer will need to send a screenshot of the problem via the SEVEN DAYS HANDMADE contact form in order to get a new correct file.
License to use
