I don’t use PayPal. Can I pay by bank/credit card?

Yes, you can pay with your bank card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
1. On the checkout page, click the PayPal button to proceed.
2. A pop-up box will appear. Click the box to Create An Account. If available, select the option to Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
3. Complete your card details, your name, address, phone number etc. to authorise your card payment.
4. Confirm that you don’t want to set up a PayPal account.
5. Provide your email address to receive a payment receipt.
6. Wait for the download page to load as your payment is processed.
7. You’re done! Enjoy your purchase.

Note: Rest assured that your payment details are securely collected and processed through PayPal, and none of your information is shared with us. Also, PayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature.

How do I get my purchases?

At 7dayshandmade.com we only sell digital downloadable items. They are not physical goods and you do not receive anything at your address, the file(s) are sent to you via an email link.
Once you have completed your order, you can download your purchases from the “Downloads” section of the website in “My Account” and from your order confirmation email.

I can’t find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk mail folder. If you use Gmail, also check the Social and Promotions tabs. If the email isn’t there, add hello@7dayshandmade.com to your address book or safe address list. At this point, you can still access the file from your account on our website.

I’m having trouble downloading files

If nothing happens when you click on the download links, there may be a problem with your browser. Please disable any installed non-standard add-ons or toolbars and try again. If your computer reports that the file is corrupted, delete the file and try downloading again. If the file still does not open, please contact us via the Contact form.
